Share the image of the ‘Mood Thermometer’. This image will be available on a separate document so you can screen share.
Ask each girl in the group to place herself on the thermometer based on the week she has had. Use this tool to help girls open up about their feelings.
If someone scores highly, encourage the other girls to offer support, suggestion and ways to help the situation.
Example: Someone scores their week as a 10 because they keep getting cross with their siblings. Ask the group how they would stay calm in these situations. Ask them to offer suggestions on things this person can do to keep calm with their sibling.
