By creating a visual mood board the girls record hopes, dreams and goals, and plan how to work towards achieving them.
Preparation
Buy/collect magazines.
Instructions
1.
Ask the group ahead of the session to collect images from magazines, newspapers, photos, the internet etc. that reflect their hopes, goals and interests.
2.
Ask them to bring the images to the session and to create their individual boards.
3.
End the session by discussing the boards and what they represent.
