Focus

This activity involves good balance and a lot of flexibility. It also requires confidence to put yourself forward which can be built upon.

1.

Place the cereal box on the floor. The participants must take it in turns to pick up the box using their teeth, or touch it with their nose if more appropriate. Their hands and knees are not allowed to touch the floor at any point.

2.

Once everyone has taken a turn the group leader can cut a half inch off the top of the box and have the participants repeat the process. This continues until the box is so small they cannot pick it up without touching the floor with their hands or knees.
