Shake it off

You’ll need:

  • A recording of Taylor Swift’s Shake it off

1.

First, ask the girls what they are glad to be over now, or things they want to leave behind. Girls might mention quarantine measures, missing their classmates, being bored at home, etc.  

2.

Also, encourage the girls to think about any bad habits they have, like arguing with their siblings, which they might also want to stop. 

3.

Now, ask the girls to stand up and shake all these negative experiences off, by wiggling and shaking their body.  

4.

When all of the girls are ready to shake off their negative experiences, you can play the song Shake it off  by Taylor Swift Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfWlot6h_JM
