Decorate your fears/worries

Time: 30 minutes

Materials: paper, glittery pens if possible.

 

Write on a piece of paper a fear or a bad/sad feeling using colourful pens (better if glittery and scented). Make sure you make it pretty with flowers and decorations.

At the end all the girls put their drawing into a box and say thank you and goodbye to that feeling.

This could open up also a discussion of why and when they felt that way.

It could help accepting strong emotions and realise that they should not be rejected immediately, but they can be accepted let go in a peaceful way.
